If you could capture the scent of summer rain or the sound of an
autumn breeze - you'd find some of the magic that is Brenda Rand.
Her designs are a fresh breath in a smoke filled room --- so
carefully crafted, they may be considered as a form of art.
Her insightful observations of the world around her are expressed in
her artistic style and creativity. Architecture has been Brenda's
career for over thirty years and in that time period
she has
studied structural integrity and it's overall effect on cost and
design.Starting with an associate's degree in
architectural drafting, Brenda's broad field of experience includes;
cost estimating fire and disaster
residences; log home design; designing with
pre-manufactured home systems and
remanufactured trusses; light commercial;
restaurants; remodel and reconstruction;
cost busting starter homes;
FHA and VA housing; exclusive estate home
and extreme home design technique; teaching architectural theory at
Miller Mott in Tennessee;
Brenda has studied under; and with renown
architects such as John Foster of Tulsa, Oklahoma; RG Foster, Alan
Bates and Warren Bates of Springfield Missouri; Colans Haines of
Rogers Arkansas; and is a master in her own right.
A former secretary of American Institute of Building Design, Brenda's
last position before joining forces with her son over 10 years ago;
was in-house designer at 'The Pinnacle Golf and Country Club in Rogers
Arkansas.
The Tulsa native has a style that is difficult to label. Preferring to
create each home with the melody and fluid movement that captures
the unique mood and feeling of each individual
building site and client's criteria, her devotion to home
design embraces architecture. She knows no
boundaries in architectural theory and design.

Kristoff A. Rand
Joining Brenda in her lifelong career
with over 10 years experience in architecture, her son Kris, brings a strong
technical background in architecture and
AutoCAD with over a decade of home
construction & project management.
Beginning at a young age Kris worked at one construction site after
another, gathering real world experience
while learning design, structural theory and
its application from his mother, Brenda.
Climbing up
the construction ladder Kris moved up from apprentice to journeyman
and then to management as Designer and Project Manager
after receiving associate's degree in architectural drafting in
Springfield Missouri.
Kris has mastered 3 Dimensional design and
incorporates each plan into the visual aid.
Kris' recent Projects include managing commercial construction for
Ozark Mountain Interiors all over the Midwest and building Bass Pro
Outdoor World Stores in Myrtle Beach S.C. and Las Vegas Nevada.
Together they are a powerful team, offering a select service in
architectural design, planning & project management. |
