Floor Plans
If you are interested in having a
custom plan designed for your building site or project;
using a plat or topographical map of your property, we will
start with a site orientation which helps to create a room
pattern. Once you've approved the pattern, and given us your
design criteria from the questions below, we'll start with
phase I; a rough sketch and upon your approval we'll move
forward to phase II which include hard lined preliminary
drawings. Once you approve we'll move forward with you list
of changes to phase III. Depending on the complication and
size of the structure, the process takes 6 to 12 weeks.
